Australian based cubesys is a team of deeply passionate cloud specialists with extensive expertise in engineering, automation and DevOps.

Founded in 2012 by Paul Heaton and Silvan Maeder, the company works with a range of different sized businesses on cloud technology. They help clients digitise, innovate, and improve efficiency through cloud adoption, optimisation, and day to day management of ICT systems. The team of twenty-five has delivered over five hundred projects for more than two hundred clients

The challenge

cubesys uses two cloud services, project management software, WorkflowMax and CRM platform, HubSpot. Whilst both provided the company with valuable data, integrating it to serve up valuable insights was a cumbersome manual process that was time and resource intensive. Despite using a data aggregator, they found it didn’t cover all endpoints and, in some cases, failed completely. They needed something that would be more reliable and more capable of automating their processes for business reporting.

“The biggest incentive to use SyncHub was the automation of the existing processes and the integration of data across platforms,” says cubesys Developer, Joshua Stevens. “We needed something that would automate the generation of reports based on what’s stored in WorkflowMax. We also needed our data from WorkflowMax and HubSpot fed live into a central database so we could then push it across our other business platforms and tools. By using SyncHub, we’ve been able to minimize the downtime spent syncing data, allowing us to focus our efforts on what matters.”
