With SyncHub, you can create any report you like. This is because (unlike other reporting tools) we give you access to your raw Asana data. If you don't already have a reporting tool, you can use our Insights platform or grab one of our recommended 3rd-party tools then use its standard Database Connector to connect to SyncHub and begin pulling down your data.

SyncHub can poll Asana as frequently as every five minutes, however this capability may be limited by the amount of data you have and/or the type of plan you have with Asana. The best way to find out is to simply grab a free trial of SyncHub, connect Asana, then see for yourself.

No. SyncHub is a reporting tool and cannot reflect changes back to your cloud application.

We currently sync Custom field, Portfolio, Project, Project template, Tag, Task, Team, Team membership, User, Workspace, Custom field select option, Portfolio member, Portfolio custom field setting, Project member, Project custom field setting, Tag follower, Task custom field value, Task follower, Task tag, User workspace, Task custom field multi select value and Task custom field person value (see our Data Model for full details). If there's something else you need just ask.

Your Asana data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.

Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Asana data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system. With our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option, you can even have this data stored directly into your own database.
