With SyncHub, you can create any report you like. This is because (unlike other reporting tools) we give you access to your raw Keap data. If you don't already have a reporting tool, you can use our Insights platform or grab one of our recommended 3rd-party tools then use its standard Database Connector to connect to SyncHub and begin pulling down your data.
If your SQL skills are a little rusty, we've got you covered too. Our AI Assistant lets you speak with your Keap data in natural language - no SQL or BI skills required! Read more about our AI here.
SyncHub can poll Keap as frequently as every five minutes, however this capability may be limited by the amount of data you have and/or the type of plan you have with Keap. The best way to find out is to simply grab a free trial of SyncHub, connect Keap, then see for yourself.

This is a great use case for SyncHub. Each account you connect to will be synced to the same database and stored in its own separate schema. SyncHub will (E)xtract your raw data from Keap and (L)oad it into your normalized, relational data warehouse. You can then use our Insights platform to (T)ransform your data so that you can report on it easily, such as building monthly rollups or normalizing currencies.

No. SyncHub is a read-only tool and cannot reflect changes back to your cloud applications.
We currently sync Campaign, Company, Contact, Contact note, Email, Opportunity, Order, Order payment, Product, Stage, Tag, Task, User, Company custom field value, Contact custom field value, Contact address, Contact email address, Contact phone number, Custom field, Opportunity custom field value, Order item, Product subscription plan, Tagged contact, User phone number, User fax number, Company custom field value option, Contact custom field value option, Custom field option and Opportunity custom field value option (see our Data Model for full details). If there's something else you need just ask.
Your Keap data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.
Absolutely. Every customer gets their very own isolated data warehouse. Database credentials are salt-encrypted...multi-factor authentication can be activated for your account...we take security very seriously. You can read more about our security best practices here.
Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Keap data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system. With our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option, you can even have this data stored directly into your own database. Select your pricing plan to backup on-demand as required, or have SyncHub automatically backup every day in the background for you.
