Frequently asked questions

With SyncHub, you can create any report you like. This is because (unlike other reporting tools) we give you access to your raw Accelo data. If you don't already have a reporting tool, you can use our Insights platform or grab one of our recommended 3rd-party tools then use its standard Database Connector to connect to SyncHub and begin pulling down your data.
SyncHub can poll Accelo as frequently as every five minutes, however this capability may be limited by the amount of data you have and/or the type of plan you have with Accelo. The best way to find out is to simply grab a free trial of SyncHub, connect Accelo, then see for yourself.
This is a great use case for SyncHub. Each account you connect to will be synced to the same database and stored in its own separate schema. This keeps each account in its own data silo, while allowing you to query across schemas to easily build reports across all your Accelo accounts. View our walkthrough here.
SyncHub will (E)xtract your raw data from Accelo and (L)oad it into your normalized, relational data warehouse. You can then use our Insights platform to (T)ransform your data so that you can report on it easily, such as building monthly rollups or normalizing currencies.

Your Accelo data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.
Absolutely. Every customer gets their very own isolated data warehouse. Database credentials are salt-encrypted...multi-factor authentication can be activated for your account...we take security very seriously. You can read more about our security best practices here.
Because SyncHub is continuously syncing your Accelo data to an offsite data store, you can also use our service to essentially maintain an up-to-date backup, in the event of a critical data failure or transfer to another system. With our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option, you can even have this data stored directly into your own database. Select your pricing plan to backup on-demand as required, or have SyncHub automatically backup every day in the background for you.
