We currently sync Account, Campaign, Contact, Linking module item, Deal, Lead, Note, Product, Role, Tag, Task, User, Vendor, Account tag, Campaign tag, Contact tag, Deal tag, Lead tag, Product tag, Task tag and Vendor tag (see our Data Model for full details). If there's something else you need just ask.

Your Zoho CRM data is stored in its own dedicated data warehouse, hosted in our Microsoft Azure Sydney Data Center. If you'd like it stored somewhere else (even your own servers), just enquire about our BYOD (bring-your-own-database) option.
